Hired by United Way of Central Maryland as a Senior Web Developer to rebuild the uwcm.org website. Migrated and redesigned the website in Joomla to be modern and responsive.

Continued to build websites under my own company while finishing college.

Hired by CareFirst BCBS as a Front-End Web Developer and Designer, where I was introduced to UX.
2017-2019
Joined Bellese Technologies as a Senior UX Designer, supporting CMS as a client and working on modernizing the EQRS application.
2019-2021
I worked at Northrop Grumman as a Senior Principle UX Designer. I played a key role in launching DesignOps for a team of 65+ UX designers, which streamlined our processes and improved collaboration. Additionally, I expanded my expertise by getting involved in strategic initiatives, shaping the direction of our UX efforts within the organization.
2018
Co-founded a startup focused on building a maternal telehealth platform, InovCares. Led the design work and product management, contributing to its growth and funding.
2020
I built a digital contactless menus and payments platform, which was adopted by over 50 restaurants in Houston during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. This project demonstrated my ability to implement Service Design principles and leverage my technical skills to create solutions that served the community during a critical time.
Consulted for large companies such as NOV and Cargill, assisting with their internal product design efforts.
